Set the temperature of the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit if you need to cook one dish at 350 degrees and another dish at 400 degrees. The majority of ovens are off by around 25 degrees anyhow, so as long as the temperature is adjusted somewhere around what is necessary, the dish will turn out just fine.
